Mainstreet Live offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through our support page and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all purchases.
Orders placed on customer storefronts
Purchases made from a business that publishes its pages with Mainstreet are sold by that business, not by Mainstreet Live. Refunds for those orders are handled by that business directly.
